Hicks High School is an A-rated school located in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. The mission of the faculty and staff of Hicks High School is to provide an educational program through which every child can achieve his or her maximum potential by offering a variety of learning experiences so that the child of today can be a successful adult of tomorrow. Our guiding principles are based on PIRATE PRIDE: preparation of life-long learners, recognition of efforts and achievements, involvement of parents and community, development of responsible citizenship and basic skills toward EXCELLENCE in education.
