The Anschutz Health and Wellness Center was founded by two of Colorado’s most visionary organizations: the Anschutz Foundation and the University of Colorado. Nutrition Consults

• 30 and 50 minute appointments with registered dietitians
• Weight loss nutrition
• General nutrition guidance

Behavioral Health

• Stress Management, Anxiety, Depression
• Relationship Concerns/Couples’ Therapy (Gottman Method)
• Weight Management/Overeating

Body Compensation and Metabolism 

• BodPod assessment to provide BMI and body composition

• State of Slim – 16 week program with emphasis on mindset and metabolism
