I believe that health is not just the absence of illness. I partner with my patients to focus on a holistic approach to care, including the mind-body-spirit connection. After completing the fellowship from the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in 2012, I’ve been working with patients on lifestyle and environmental changes to achieve health and wellness. Although I see adults of all ages, most of my experience is with patients in their 30s to 50s. How I stay healthy and happy To unwind, I like to unplug and take time for myself, watching a movie, reading, or just going for a walk. Other times it means socializing with family and friends. Travel is also an important factor in my happiness.
