David Brazzel, MD - Roper St. Francis Healthcare

Dr. David Brazzel is part of the Roper St. Francis Express Care team. He earned his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine, College of Medicine and completed his residency at Valley Medical Center Fresno and University Medical Center. He’s board certified in family medicine. Dr. Brazzel studied biochemistry while in college. During those years, he went on several medical missions to Mexico, where he assisted doctors in caring for patients. That experience, along with the encouragement of family and a deep desire to serve, led him to become a doctor. He still participates in medical mission clinics in Guatemala and Mexico. After 26 years in emergency medicine, Dr. Brazzel transitioned to the urgent care environment. He’s happy to have more time to work closely with patients and their families. He spends his free time hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, boating and water skiing. He travels frequently, both in the U.S. and abroad.
