Council Bluffs Levees Program

The Council Bluffs Levee Program is a multi-year levee improvement and maintenance program pursuing Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) levee certification and accreditation based on 44 Code of Federal Regulations as well as maintaining ongoing eligibility in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineering Public Law Rehabilitation Program.
